STORY

I am Massimo Morin, a professional sailmaker and a regatta sailor for over forty years. Sailing has never been just a job or a hobby: it has always been the common thread of my life, both at sea and in modeling.

I started racing many years ago, taking part in national and international competitions, gaining experience on the water, observing boats, studying sail behavior, and learning, race after race, what really works.

My journey began with racing and naturally developed into the work of a sailmaker. I have never separated the two: designing a sail means thoroughly understanding what happens on the water, under load, in different wind and wave conditions.

For over two and a half years I have been working as a sailmaker, collaborating with a sail loft in Monfalcone. This experience allows me to deal daily with the design and construction of real sails, applying the same criteria of precision, control, and reliability also to sails for radio-controlled boats.

RC sailing entered my path early on, alongside traditional sailing. The Marblehead class was my starting point and remains to this day the class I know most deeply, both from a technical and sporting perspective.

Over the years I have participated in numerous RC regattas, both national and international, competing with high-level fleets and in very different competitive contexts, achieving good results and accumulating direct experience that today forms the basis of every project.

Some results help to frame my sporting journey:

· Italian Champion Class A – 1995 / 1996

· Italian Champion Marblehead – 1998

· 9th place European Championship Marblehead – Croatia, 1997

· 8th place World Championship Marblehead – France, 1998

11th place World Championship Marblehead – France, 2025

· 1st in the national Marblehead ranking – 2025

These results cover a very wide time span and represent, more than individual placements, a path of continuity in regattas and technical development.

Over the years I have always made sails for friends and acquaintances, often in my spare time, with the aim of improving performance on the water.

With this site I have decided to make official an activity that has existed for some time, offering a wider audience the opportunity to access sails designed with professional criteria and supported by real racing experience.

My goal is not simply to sell a product, but to provide expertise, technical discussion, and support, helping every skipper get the best out of their boat.
